Packages and more Packages......

Well the last couple days I have recieved alot of packages from my Swap Bot friends. I got this really cute card. It had a pumpkin and spider web on it. Being my favorite day is Halloween, since you can be anyone or anything you want for that one day. I have taken and put this card up in my memories book. Also with her name. I also have got alot of cool new stuff I can use in my crafts. I am always greatful for anything people send me. I am just glad they do. Have a great day!

Our Last Day of VBS at FBC.

Today is the last day of VBS at FBC. Then tonight is Family Fun night. There is going to be a petting Zoo there tonight. Vicki is excited she loves animals. Courtney is like OK. Charlie will be home sometime today. He is hoping to make it in to see the girls sing at Church tonight. So fingers crossed he makes it. Also today I am going to the grocery store to buy some stuff for our trip next weekend. Plus Charlie wants me to get him some stuff to take to work with him Monday so he don't got to use his debit card much. Have a great day!!

Hey, Mom! I got a surprise!!!

Well as the title says one of my girls has a surprise for me. It was Carolyn. She called me from the eye doctor in Indiana. She is having to get glasses. She is near-sided the doctor said. She has been having problems with her left eye since she was 2 years old. It was turning out if she was not focusing on it. Well she had been saying that stuff looked fuzzy. Needless to say that is why. She has choosen some guess glasses. As soon as they come in and everything. She is going to send me a email with a pic of her wearing them. Our Shopping Trip

Today after VBS I took the girls shopping. They had no idea that they was going to get new bathing suits. My oldest Courtney had been telling me everytime we went to Wal-Mart that she wanted this pink bathing suit. Well when I picked up the kids they kept asking where are we going. I would never tell them. I pretended to not hear them. When we get out the car at Wal-Mart Vicki asked what we getting momma. I told her that she would see in a few mins. We start thru the doors and she asked me again. I told her the same thing from before. Then we start heading to the clothing and Courtney yelled we are getting "OUR BATHING SUITS". She walks around the corner to them and the one she had been wanting was hanging right there. But all of a sudden she changed her mind. She wanted a two piece one. She grabs a Camo bathing suit. This one she asked. I asked her twice and she said yes that was the one she wanted. Then Vicki starts looking for her one. She looks at the one pieces, then at the two pieces. She decided on a two piece. It is Hot pink, and white striped with neon orange that goes around the belly and neck to hold it on. Both of them was very happy for the bathing suits. Well when we left I figured we go by Sonic and grab a ice cream. The girls choose a M&M candy Sundae and a Snickers Sundae. While I got a Banana Split. We sat there and ate it since I will not eat and drive. Well on the way home they wanted to go see nanny and show off thier bathing suits. Well when we get there they want to model them for granny and pawpaw. My dad called Vicki a marshmellow with Stripes. Everyone just laughed. You just got to understand this child is really white. She burns very fast even with sunscreen on she burns. She is pale conplected with sandy blonde hair and blue eyes with freckles. My oldest is always dark. So that was there surprise shopping trip. Oh NO!! Rear-ender

As like the title say this is about a wreck. Well Charlie left this morning about 6 Am heading to Mobile for work. He was rushing around this morning and would not slow down. He called me at 9:15AM. He has rear-ended a lady. He said there was no damage to the truck he was driving nor the ladies car.

This is how he said it happened. They was coming of Interstate 65 on the off ramp in Saraland. They lady pulled up to the yield sign and stopped. She sat there a few minutes. She proceeds to get on the road. At this time Charlie goes to look to his left and ease off the brake. As soon as he eases pressure of break. She slams on brakes. He bumps her in the rearend. He said the truck was maybe going 2mph.

When he gets out to check on the lady and call 911 to do a report she asks to go to ER, because she said that he hit her hard and hurt her neck. So needless to say the took her on a backboard to hospital. What makes this so bad is that the women is a RN at the Hospital they are taking her too. This was a company truck that Charlie was driving so unsure if they are going to let him drive anymore trucks because of this. His boss said he was going to let the insurance company handle it since there was no actual damage done to the car.

So I guess you can say: What a day! HUH!

SURPRISE around every corner.

It has been a couple weeks since I have updated whats gone on. So here goes. We took Carolyn to Fort Pickens in Pensacola, FL on May 22, 2010. She really liked it. She had alot of questions about the walls and canons. We then took the scenic route to Destin, FL. We got a hotel for the night. We did not know we would be spending the night anywhere. So we went and got some new cloths and also got Brand new baiting suits for the season. She got a black OP baithingsuit with hot and neon colors on it. I got a Brown OP with orange and pink on it. We took her to the pool to let her play. She can not swim, so we was trying to teach her how to. She started doggy paddleing pretty good. We played to about 10 mins before the pool closed. We went back to the room and got ready to head to the beach. She was looking for shells to begin with, but then her daddy got her sand crabbing. He would hold the flashlight on the crab and she would sneak around to toss the net on him. Everytime she catch one she just smile really big and squeal. It just made our day seeing her have fun. She caught about 20 crabs. Well when we started to get ready to go her and daddy let them all go. Those crazy crabs started run towards me and I left them behind laughing at me. I think they did that just to laugh at me.

Also the girls are out of school now. Courtney made the A&B Honor roll. She will be going into the 6th grade this coming school year. Vicki did not make the Honor roll, but she will be entering into the 5th grade. Carolyn made the Straight A honor roll. She will be in 2nd grade this coming school year.

Carolyn has left for the summer. She has went to Indiana to her Dads house. He works doing carnival games. So she is with him working most of the time. She has rode every ride except a few. I will keep posting more on her trip in other post.

Courtney and Vicki are ready for VBS (Vacation Bible School) to start up. There first one is tonight at 5:45pm at a local church. Then they got a daytime one in the morning at 8:30am at another local church. The one tonight will be everynight til Thursday. The one in the morning will be every morning til friday morning, but they have a Family Fun Night on Friday Night.

Also my Birthday was June 2. It was a ok day. I just stayed home all day in my night cloths. I will be haven something for my birthday. My hubby is taking me to Shipwreck Island on the 19th of June. My parents are also going with us, too. We will be staying the night down there.

Vicki went to the Allergy Specialist. Well she is allergic to cats ( I think most people are), Grass (another most people are), Dust mites (both kinds), Mold (7 types), and PORK. Do you realize pork is in almost everything you can buy. Well the doctor give use EpiPens. So we have them in case something happens.

Courtney went to the dentist and had 2 teeth pulled one on top and one on bottom. Her mouth is still sore she said. She had this done on Monday June 1.

Well now that we are all caught up. This weekend we worked in the yard andcut the grass and cut down some bushes. We also are about to go wash the company truck and get everything ready for another week in the Nowling household. So everyone have Great day!! Hope to heard from you soon. Bye til the next post.
